Terms of Use

Welcome to UseBurner Mail (the “Service” or “App”). By downloading the App and using its disposable, receive-only email features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This agreement is between you and BeliveAppTech.

1. Usage License

All content, branding, design assets, and functional features provided within the App are protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Reselling, leasing, commercializing, or reverse-engineering any part of the App is strictly prohibited.

2. User Eligibility and Account

BeliveAppTech does not strictly verify the identity or age of its users. However:

• Users must comply with the minimum age requirements set by the Apple App Store rating system.
• Transactions and subscriptions rely on the Apple ID settings managed by the account owner or parent/guardian via Family Sharing.

3. Service Nature and Acceptable Use

UseBurner Mail is a disposable, receive-only email service.

• Addresses expire automatically; recovery after expiry is impossible.
• Do not use temporary addresses for important long-term accounts.
• You may not use the Service to send mail, harass others, commit fraud, distribute malware, spam, phishing, or otherwise violate applicable law.
• We may rate-limit, block, or delete abusive inboxes.
• Domains and delivery are best-effort and may change over time.

4. Premium Subscriptions (UseBurner Mail Pro)

The “UseBurner Mail Pro” premium features—including additional simultaneous mailboxes, Pro capabilities described in the App, and ad removal—are managed securely via RevenueCat and Apple App Store in-app purchases.

Available plans (prices are shown in the App Store / in-app paywall and may vary by region):

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription (may include a free trial when offered by Apple)
• Lifetime pass (one-time, non-consumable payment, when offered)

Apple In-App Subscription Terms

• Billing: Payments are processed and charged directly to your Apple ID / App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate unless auto-renew is disabled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel active subscriptions, or turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your App Store Account Settings.
• Trial Forfeit: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that tier, where applicable.
• Refunds: Since all financial transactions are processed by Apple, any refund requests must be handled directly through Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds on Apple’s behalf.

5. Lifetime Access

If a Lifetime Pass is offered, it is a “Non-Consumable” product: a single, one-time purchase that permanently unlocks UseBurner Mail Pro features. This purchase does not expire, contains no recurring fees, and is restorable across devices linked to the same Apple ID.

6. Advertisements

To support the development and maintenance of the free version of UseBurner Mail, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. Upgrading to any UseBurner Mail Pro plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) will remove advertisements from your application experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

UseBurner Mail is provided “as is” and “as available”. BeliveAppTech is not responsible for missed messages, delayed delivery, expired inboxes, third-party filtering of disposable domains, or any losses arising from reliance on a temporary address. You remain responsible for how you use temporary addresses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will post the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
