Privacy Policy
BeliveAppTech (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application, UseBurner Mail (“the App”), and the related disposable email service manage information when you use them.
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
1. Collection of Data
UseBurner Mail is designed to minimize personal data while providing temporary, receive-only email inboxes.
We do not require your real name, personal email address, phone number, or physical location to use the core service. Optional on-device preferences (such as Face ID lock or blurred senders) stay on your device.
To operate the service we process:
- Temporary mailbox addresses and access/recovery tokens created in the App.
- Emails received at those addresses (headers, body, and attachment metadata) until the inbox expires or is deleted.
- Basic technical logs (such as IP address and timestamps) for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and reliability.
- Standard non-personal technical data to ensure stability, track subscriptions, and support the free version of the App:
- Device type, operating system version, and model.
- Anonymous advertising identifiers (IDFA) depending on your explicit consent (ATT / GDPR-EEA choices).
- App performance logs, crash diagnostics, and stability metrics where provided by the platform.
2. Disposable Email Processing
- Purpose: Deliver inbound mail to short-lived inboxes you create in the App.
- Retention: Inboxes and messages are deleted automatically when the inbox expires or when you delete them. Expired data is not recoverable.
- Receive-only: The service does not provide outbound SMTP sending from temporary addresses.
- Local cache: The App may cache recent inbox and message data on-device (e.g. via SwiftData) for offline viewing. Clearing the App or deleting an inbox removes that local cache.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver essential infrastructure. These parties only have access to anonymous, aggregated, or transaction-specific data required to perform their functions on our behalf:
- Google AdMob: Manages the delivery of advertisements within the free version of the App. AdMob may utilize anonymous device IDs for ad targeting, subject to your local privacy choices (GDPR/EEA consent and Apple App Tracking Transparency).
- RevenueCat: Manages subscription validation status and processes purchase receipts. It handles anonymous transactional tokens to verify purchase states.
- Apple Inc.: Processes App Store purchases, push delivery (if enabled), and related platform services under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers for complete transparency.
4. Local Storage
Preferences such as onboarding completion, Face ID lock, privacy blur, focused mailbox selection, and cached mailbox/message data are stored locally on your device. We do not sell this data. Server-side mailbox content is retained only for the life of the disposable inbox as described above.
5. Payments
We do not process, store, or have access to your credit card information, bank details, or billing statements. All premium subscription and purchase transactions are handled exclusively and securely by Apple Inc. through the App Store payment processing system.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has used the service in a way that stored personal settings or mailbox data, we will take steps to delete that information.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of updates by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
